Very interesting concept of buying and selling time - with a morally gray protagonist - but execution is very lacking...
It's not clear at all what caused MC to gain this power - he was just walking and just awakened with a pocket watch appearing in his hand... While author was able to portray various human emotions and thought processes behind making people want to trade their lifespans, the same was not for the MC - there was no 'learning process' - he straight went from nobody-->greedy merchant-->psycho... mess with his gold-digger gf, and he'll kill your entire family... author's misogynistic view is very apparent... Business moguls are treated as idiots...
Take out the time-trading, and it turns into a typical face-slapping/MC-worshipping generic story...
