For something title one piece, it sure has a lot of volumes.
I kinda wonder if you really need review for one piece. It's so popular, chances are, you know the story line even if you are not a fan. That being said, the author already have the major plotlines planned out- which is great since that means One Piece will never turn into yet another never ending story which get worse and crazier by each passing arc (example: air gear, most xianxia stories). It also means each arc will have somewhat stable quality.
It's definitely one of the best shounen manga, so pick it up if you like a mix of adventure, action, and comedy
