Lokan was the ‘King of Violence’ who reigned as the strongest in the virtual reality game, ‘The Lord’. Unfortunately, the assassination order issued by an enemy guild caused him to lose everything. To his surprise, the next time he woke up, he had returned back to three years ago!
“Fucking brats, just you wait. I’ll devour you all!”
A new story begins as Rokan, who travelled back in time, climbs his way back to the top!

I feel like this story isn’t living up to its potential. The MC died without knowing why he was targeted or what gave the other top rankers an advantage over him. He is playing the exact same way the second time through other than a few detours to pick up titles and hidden achievements. Bro got a hint of a hidden questline and then asked a random NPC nearby than the one at the location (training hall) obviously tied to the event. Bro is also in danger of getting doxxed if (just a guess) that girl he killed for the invisibility cloak was his ex-girlfriend and that bloke was the one he recently met on the streets just a few chapters ago.
The game he is in is an obviously in-depth game called ‘Lord’, but he isn’t doing anything related to leadership. He is building his personal growth and barely gives two sh*ts about other players or NPCs. Bro literally delayed the main quest for the rest of the server as his biggest big brain move. Seems to me that he is mistaking the purpose of the main quest. Saving the town is obviously a step toward integrating with the NPCs. He just doesn’t seem to see anything beyond himself and his revenge. He’s not taking the game very seriously for a guy who supposedly loved it so much.
I hope he gets a completely different ranker title than King of Violence to slap him in the face, otherwise he’s going to remain a stale character less interesting than his main opponent. Odin at least has looks and mystery. There is always a chance he was deceived by his underlings or driven by his quest to target Rokan like that. I can see some rankers joining under the same latecomer under a carrot and stick approach, but not all of them. There must be something else to him as a character to be able to take them all under his wings unless he was a returnee in the last iteration.
Tl;Dr Story and characters have a lot of room for improvement, but we are still in the early chapters. I haven’t given up completely on it yet!
